Sign in to manage your subscription.
Manage your CustomerID subscription.
Click the key to copy it. Paste it into the extension popup to activate.
Add CustomerID for QuickBooks to Chrome, then paste your license key to activate.
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Click the extension icon in your toolbar, paste your license key (above), and click Save.
Click Connect QuickBooks in the extension popup. Authorize access in the window that opens — it will close automatically when done.
Click Sync Now to populate Customer IDs across all your customers and invoices. A green badge will appear on each customer page and invoice showing their ID. Sync runs automatically after connecting, but you can re-sync anytime.
Under Customer ID Mode, pick how IDs are assigned:
Click Apply to save. The extension will sync and reload your QB tabs automatically.
Already have IDs embedded in customer names (e.g. "1042 - John Smith")? Click Migrate Existing IDs in the extension popup, then Scan Customers. The extension detects numbers in customer names and fields. Check the ones you want to keep, then click Confirm Migration. Your existing IDs will be preserved and new customers will continue numbering from there.
Click Export Customer List (CSV) in the extension popup to download a spreadsheet with all your customers, their IDs, contact info, and balances.
Use the Search bar in the extension popup to find any customer by name or ID. Click a result to jump straight to their page in QuickBooks.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your license key will be deactivated and the extension will stop working.
