QuickBooks Data

We connect to your QuickBooks account using OAuth 2.0. We read customer and invoice data solely to write Customer IDs back to your QB account. We do not store, sell, or share your QuickBooks customer or financial data with any third party.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored on Railway (a cloud hosting provider) and backed by a PostgreSQL database. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform syncs on your behalf.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your account data within 30 days. To request deletion, email hello@barnacleapps.io.
